Restorative Exercise

We spend more time being sedentary than ever before in history - no longer getting the variety of movement we need for optimal health. This causes our joints to get stuck and creaky.  Our bodies mould to the positions we spend most time in.

For optimal health, our bodies need to include inherently human movements such as squatting, carrying, climbing, sitting on the floor and walking barefoot

These are a series of exercises to restore our inherent functionality which are accessible and easy to learn

They restore joint function, ease pain and correct body alignment

They develop the ability to move well

You will absorb some useful science- this common sense approach is where biology and anatomy meet physics and geometry.
